Statewide Outreach Project is a trusted mental health and behavioral wellness provider committed to empowering individuals and families across South Carolina. We serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes emotional well-being, personal growth, and stability. Our licensed counselor, Dr. Juenarrl Keith and supporting staff deliver services tailored to each client’s needs. Whether you’re facing stress, trauma, life transitions, or behavioral challenges, we’re here to help. Sessions are available both in-person and virtually, depending on the client’s preference and availability. We ask that all new patients book a Consultation and submit a New Patient Intake form so that we can set the proper goals for your services. This initial meeting is your opportunity to share your story, explore your needs, and ask any questions about our approach. Together, we'll begin building a personalized path toward healing, clarity, and lasting change. Your journey starts with a conversation...and we're here to walk it with you. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, and offer private pay options. At Statewide Outreach Project, your healing and growth are our priority.
