Our Mission Statement

At Statewide Outreach Project, our mission is to empower children, families, and communities through compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based behavioral and mental health services. We are committed to partnering with school districts and community organizations to provide accessible support that nurtures emotional well-being, academic growth, and long-term success.

Rooted in a deep dedication to service, we work directly within schools and communities to meet children where they are—offering individualized interventions, counseling, and outreach programs that promote resilience, positive behavior change, and lifelong learning. Our work is guided by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in a safe, supportive environment.

Faith-Based Approach & Spiritual Guidance

Dr. Juenarrl Keith, our supervising counselor, brings a unique and compassionate presence to Statewide Outreach Project through his background as both a seasoned mental health professional and an ordained minister. His faith-based perspective deeply informs his work, allowing clients to explore healing and personal growth through a lens of spiritual wellness and purpose.

With over 25 years of counseling experience, Dr. Keith offers optional faith-integrated services for those seeking a spiritual dimension to their care. This includes premarital counseling, marital enrichment, grief support, and spiritual life coaching. His calm, grounded approach supports individuals and couples in navigating life’s most personal challenges with grace, insight, and confidentiality.

Telehealth & In- Person Services

Most of our individual services outside of the school system are provided via secure telehealth platforms for your convenience and accessibility. However, in-person sessions are also available upon request for clients who prefer face-to-face support. We are committed to meeting you where you are—whether virtually or in person—to ensure your comfort and continuity of care.
